Senator Florence Ita-Giwa has appealed to Nigerians, particularly resident in Calabar, to stop the destructions of properties and looting of items across the country.

On Saturday, October 24th, angry youth in cross river state destroyed the homes of former senator leader, Ndoma Egba as well as the former senator Bassey Gerhsom.

In a video shared online, Senator Florence Ita-Giwa who represented Cross river south senatorial district in the senate, went on her knees to appeal to the resident of the state to stop destroying and looting of properties.
